PR Account Manager

Location: Carshalton (Surrey)

We’re looking for an organized and enthusiastic PR Account Manager to join our B2B PR agency to work alongside a talented team who regularly achieve record-breaking results for our clients.

Your portfolio of accounts will include automotive and aviation clients and while sector experience is preferred it’s not essential.

You’ll be bright, keen to impress and have a passion for writing in all its forms from press releases and features to case studies and award entries.

And as you’ll quickly become the day-to-day contact for our clients as well as our sector press, excellent interpersonal skills are a must as well as strong organizational ability.

What you’ll do:

  • Create content including press releases, case studies, advertorials, features, brochures
  • Build a deep understanding of our client’s products, technology and brand ensuring tone, personality and style is consistent across all written work
  • Manage the day-to-day running of accounts
  • Develop strong relationships with clients
  • Pitch ideas and stories to journalists
  • Work with our design and digital teams to fulfil client briefs
  • Attend client meetings with colleagues to review performance and plan ahead
  • Attend key industry events
  • Support on event / exhibition management when required
  • Create and deliver monthly KPI reports tracking all measurements

What you’ll need:

  • At least two years’ agency, in-house or journalism experience
  • A passion for writing and delivering results
  • A good understanding of writing for different audiences
  • Excellent written English and attention-to-detail
  • Creativity
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Strong commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience
  • Ability to work to deadlines

Social Media Manager

Location: Carshalton (Surrey), with remote / flexible options considered

We’re looking for a talented and driven Social Media Manager to join our B2B PR agency to support the record-breaking engagement levels we’re achieving for our clients and help us take their channels to the next level.

You’ll be a key member of our automotive and logistics team, developing social media strategies and campaigns which increase engagement and awareness and you’ll be working with the most exciting and innovative major vehicle OEM as well as their selected partners.

Your work will span Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube and you’ll lead on creating stand-out copy as well as planning and managing content aligned with our PR campaigns and confidently responding to feedback and comments as part of community management.

You’ll also have regular dialogue with our client and their sales and aftersales teams and you’ll prepare a suite of monthly KPI reports tracking growth, engagement and performance to be shared with our client.

What you’ll do:

  • Build a deep understanding of the client’s products, technology and brand ensuring tone, personality and style is consistent
  • Plan and execute content across all channels for all linked accounts
  • Develop strong relationships with clients
  • Attend client meetings with colleagues to review performance and plan ahead
  • Attend key industry events to meet customers, take photos and video clips with customers
  • Liaise with the client’s HR team to ensure all channels support recruitment
  • Create and deliver monthly KPI reports tracking all measurements

What you’ll need:

  • At least two years’ social media experience, either in-house or at an agency
  • A passion for social media and delivering results
  • A good understanding of what makes engaging content and how to adapt posts for different channels
  • Excellent written English and attention-to-detail
  • Creativity
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Strong commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience
  • Ability to work to deadlines
