James is the third-generation in the family business and heads up the automotive, transport & logistics accounts, plus is closely involved in all aspects of the agency’s social media work. His hands-on approach to account management continues his late grandparents’ business ethos of having true passion for PR, always putting the client first and going out of his way to deliver results. As well as being a Managing Director of Garnett Keeler, James is also a proud trustee of international development organisation Transaid, which transforms lives through safe, available, and sustainable transport.

Pippa brings to the role a passion and flair for first-class communications and extensive experience of the media industry. She is well versed at tailoring messages to different audiences and translating technical information into engaging, accessible content.
